E-COMMERCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These E-commerce Terms and Conditions (“E-commerce Terms”) supplement and are incorporated by reference into the Ethicverse OÜ Master Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these E-commerce Terms and the Master Terms, these E-commerce Terms shall prevail with respect to purchases made through our online store.
1. SCOPE
These E-commerce Terms apply to all purchases of physical products made through our online store at dinastycoin.club.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to display product information (descriptions, images, prices) accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
4. DROPSHIPPING MODEL
Products sold through our store are fulfilled directly by our third-party suppliers and shipped to you. We act as the retailer, and the supplier acts as the fulfillment partner.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS ONLY)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at returns@dinastycoin.club. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
7. REFUND PROCESS
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@dinastycoin.club with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
9. WARRANTIES
Products are covered by:
- The warranties provided by our suppliers.
- The statutory guarantee of conformity under EU Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus). The statutory guarantee covers defects that exist at the time of delivery and become apparent within 2 years (for most products).
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
