AIBOS(c)  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

• AI-generated marketing content (text, images, videos)
• Marketing automation and campaign management
• Data analytics and performance tracking
• Customer segmentation and targeting tools

2. LICENSE AND ACCESS

• License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these AIBOS Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the AIBOS platform during your subscription period.
• No Ownership: You do not acquire any ownership rights in the AIBOS platform, software, AI models, algorithms, or any underlying technology.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of AIBOS. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide access to AIBOS to third parties without our written consent.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

• Billing Cycle: AIBOS subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by mandatory EU consumer protection laws.
• Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only): If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. However, by expressly requesting immediate access to AIBOS during the subscription process, you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

• Ownership: You own the content you create using AIBOS, subject to these terms.
• Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing or using it.
• No Professional Advice: AIBOS outputs do not constitute professional marketing, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create using AIBOS complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, and privacy laws).

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

• We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for AIBOS, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, or technical issues.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (hosting, AI APIs, payment processors) or force majeure events.

7. YOUR DATA

• You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you input into AIBOS.
• By submitting content to AIBOS, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
• We may collect and use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement purposes.
